Terms of Use
The service
WakeTogether lets users create device-local Personal Alarms and lets accepted Connections create Social Alarms. The service is not an emergency, medical, safety, life-critical or guaranteed wake-up service.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information and protect your password and device.
- Create alarms only for people who have knowingly accepted a Connection.
- Do not harass users, evade blocks, abuse invitations, probe accounts or interfere with the service.
- Keep operating-system alarm, notification, battery and network settings suitable for your intended use.
Alarm limitations
Alarm delivery can be affected by device power, force stop, operating-system restrictions, revoked permissions, clock changes, hardware failure or unsupported platform behavior. Always use an independent backup for important events.
Premium and purchases
Premium is a non-consumable Store purchase attached to the verified WakeTogether account and Store proof. Price, tax, payment, refund and Store eligibility are controlled by Google Play or Apple. Valid purchased access remains restorable under the supported account-binding rules. Fraudulent, refunded or revoked transactions may lose paid access.
Ads
Free access may contain ads on non-critical content screens. Ads are not placed on the active alarm presentation or other safety-critical flows.
Suspension and termination
WakeTogether may restrict abusive or unlawful use, protect other users, or comply with Store and legal requirements. You may delete your account at any time.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. WakeTogether does not promise uninterrupted operation or that every alarm will fire under every device condition. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
