WakeTogether account and associated-data deletion

Delete inside the app

  1. Open WakeTogether and sign in.
  2. Open Settings → Account & security → Delete account.
  3. Enter your current password and confirm.

This deletes the account, avatar, sessions, device binding, invitations, Connections, Social Alarms, occurrences and active entitlements. The app also clears Personal Alarms, custom sounds and sound preferences from that device.

Request deletion without the app

Email thientc9@gmail.com from the registered account email with subject WakeTogether Account Deletion Request. Include only the registered email address. Support may perform a safe ownership-verification step. Never send your password or OTP by email.

Retention after deletion

Active account data is deleted promptly. Backups may take up to 30 days to expire. Security logs may remain for up to 90 days. Pseudonymized Store transaction evidence may remain for up to seven years for fraud prevention, accounting, disputes and legal obligations; it no longer retains the WakeTogether user ID.
